iPhone Mobile Trading System | Position Information

Positions Screen displays all open positions and allows the trader to view details on one specific position individually by accessing the Position View Screen.

POSITIONS SCREEN

Positions Screen Details:

In the Positions Screen the user may find the list of all the Positions that can be managed under the current login. Each Position is listed in two parts - the left field, which includes the Position Number, indicates the action performed with the currency - Buy/Sell and P/L rate (depending on the P/L rate the left field will display in red or blue) The right field includes Account Number, Instrument and Number of Lots.

Position View Screen:

Position View Screen allows to access and view detailed information regarding one specific account selected from the list available in the Positions Screen. From the Position View Screen you may also set "Stop" and "Limit" orders on open positions as well to "Close" positions at the market price. To access the Position View Screen tap on the Position in the Positions Screen.

POSITION VIEW SCREEN

Position View screen details:

Position: Position ID number or Ticket
Account: Selected trading account number
Owner: Legal owner of the particular trading account.
Instrument: Previously selected Symbol for currency
Lot: The number of lots/mini lots.
B/S: Buy or Sell position
Open: Open Rate at which the trade was initiated
Close: Close Rate or current rate at which the trade can be closed
Stop: Might display Stop Order value if such was set earlier by the Trader
Limit: Might display Limit Order value if such was set earlier by the Trader
P/L: Profit / Loss points. Floating profit or loss on a position at the current moment Gross
P/L: Gross Profit / Loss points Com: Commission - total amount charged by the system on a position at the moment of position opening
Premium: End of the day rollover premium/fee. Total amount paid to or charged from the positions that are not liquidated at the end of the trading day.
Net P/L: Net Profit / Loss - profit or loss on a position (in base currency) at the current moment. The Commissions and Premium are taken onto the account.
Time: The date and time when the position was opened

In order to set trading actions on certain open positions user needs to access the Position View Screen by tapping on the required Position on the Positions Screen. In the Position View Screen user may tap the screen to access the menu of the available actions, such as Close Position, Place Stop/Limit Order or Back.
